The 4 Day Diet, 50 Million Pound Challenge.

Dr. Ian Smith's, diet expert on VH1's "Celebrity Fit Club, the 4 day diet is now the big craze. Even morning radio host Steve Harvey is getting in on this. He is toting the 50 million pound challenge. It is a challenge that Mr. Harvey is hosting with Dr. Ian Smith and he is even doing the "diet" with his audience.

The 4 Day Dietwas created by Dr. Ian Smith and he puts emphasis on the "mind over fat". He says that losing weight is 80% mental and 20% physical. Dr. Ian says that people need to "train their brain" to take on one of life's toughest journeys.

This 4 day diet is broken down into 4-day sections so it's more effective and easier to do.It lets you focus on just a few days rather than several where you might feel defeat.
